Travel & Third Party Expenses

• Client pays all required travel/lodging/meal related expenses.

• Client pays for required travel time at agreed hourly rate.

• Client pays for weekly return home for contracts outside of a 100 mile radius of the West Palm Beach area.

• Client pays for business class airline tickets for contract work performed outside the continental United States, if business class is not available then client pays for first class airline tickets.

• All third party expenses are passed through to clients at a flat 10% increase. Unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please keep in mind that approximately only 1 in 10 business presented to Ciricillo Consulting actually become clients.

If Ciricillo Consulting takes you on as a client there will be an initial due-diligence and analysis fee required before we begin a detailed investigation of your business requirements.

Project  Rates (are all inclusive)

Project rate billing is negotiated in advance and designed to give clients a complete accounting of their expected total cost before beginning a new challenge.

Ciricillo Consulting stands 100% behind our project quotes.

We will do what ever it takes to complete the project and the client is never billed above the agreed upon rate.

Ciricillo Consulting offers contract or hourly rate billing.

Rate and discount schedule.

When comparing your hourly costs to the hourly costs of bringing in a consultant, calculate your true cost of having an employee on the payroll to do the work including an employee productivity factor and compare that hourly figure to the hourly rate of the consultant or contractor.  Typically, if you are comparing "apples-to-apples", the consultant's hourly rate should be 15-40% higher than your true internal costs for the same resource.  This figure represents the premium that you will pay for the availability of a scarce temporary resource and the consultant's operational overhead and profit.

Note: Contracts may be written at discounted fees.  However, early termination of the contract by the Client will require that the Client pay for all hours worked based on the Standard Rate Schedule as determined by the number of hours worked prior to early termination.

Hourly Rates (Billed in 15 minute intervals)

As of January 1, 2009, Project Management Fees are assessed according to the following rates:

• The PM Fee not only covers the services of the Project Managers, but also clerks that support each project, and other support staff that updates and maintains:

• PM processes
• Standards
• Schedules, and communications.

• PM fees do not include:

• Expert knowledge
• Other Ciricillo resources
• Travel expenses
• Third party expenses

Ciricillo offers clients the cost benefit of retainer billing for select services and access to expertise knowledge on demand.

Retainer rates are based on several factors:
